This 10 minute video is a follow-along to a playlist by DJ Suave. I teach these follow-alongs at the beginning of every Dance Skate Workshop. It’s just like Zumba with repetitive grooves; you catch on by repetition. Each time it’s different and never the same. With my 15 years of teaching I have found out many learn fast this way by forcing themselves to really focus without over thinking.
